1. Warranty Coverage
We provide warranty only for parts replaced by Talyfix technicians. Warranty duration varies by part type and is confirmed before repair:
- Premium Parts: 3–6 months
- Standard Parts: 1–3 months
- Battery Replacements: 3–6 months
- Screen Repairs: 3–6 months (model-dependent)
Exact warranty duration for your device and part will be shared at the time of repair.
2. What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in the replaced part.
- Sudden malfunction or failure of the repaired component.
- Touch or display issues caused by the replaced screen.
- Battery performance defects such as swelling or rapid drain.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks, dents, bends).
- Water or liquid damage occurring post-repair.
- Burns, short-circuits, or electrical damage from external causes.
- Tampering or repairs performed by third parties after our service.
- Software problems unrelated to the replaced hardware part.
- Normal wear and tear due to daily usage.
4. How to Claim Warranty
- Submit a claim via the Warranty Claim Form on our website or contact support.
- Provide your invoice / order ID for verification.
- We will arrange an inspection—either doorstep or at a service center—to validate the issue.
- If approved, we will repair or replace the faulty part at no additional cost within warranty terms.
Inspection and verification typically take 24–48 working hours.
5. Important Points
- Warranty applies only to the replaced part, not the entire device.
- Each repair job carries its own separate warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid for the original customer only.
- Talyfix reserves the right to reject claims caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party tampering.
