At Talyfix, we stand behind the quality of our repairs and the parts we use. This warranty policy ensures complete transparency and peace of mind after every service.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty is provided only on parts replaced by Talyfix technicians. Duration depends on part type:

  • Premium Parts: 3–6 months
  • Standard Parts: 1–3 months
  • Battery Replacements: 3–6 months
  • Screen Repairs: 3–6 months (model dependent)
Exact warranty duration will be shared at the time of repair.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in replaced parts
  • Sudden malfunction of repaired components
  • Display or touch issues after screen replacement
  • Battery defects like swelling or fast drain

3. What is NOT Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents)
  • Water or liquid damage after repair
  • Electrical damage or short-circuit
  • Repairs done by third parties
  • Software-related issues
  • Normal wear and tear

4. How to Claim Warranty

  1. Submit request via Warranty Claim Form or contact support
  2. Provide invoice / order ID
  3. Technician inspection (doorstep or center)
  4. Repair/replacement if approved

Inspection usually takes 24–48 working hours.

5. Important Points

  • Warranty applies only to replaced parts
  • Each repair has a separate warranty period
  • Non-transferable warranty
  • Claims may be rejected if misuse is found
